Suggested Directions: Hot Beverage: Mix 4 tbsp.(45g) of the blend into 8fl oz of hot water and stir well. For a creamier beverage, subtitute water with milk.
Cold Beverage: Transfer 4 tbsp (45g) of the mix into a protein shaker or cocktail shaker. Add 2fl oz of hot water and mix well. Then, add 6fl oz of ice-cold water and shake thoroughly. Pour into a cup and top with a few ice cubes. For a creamier beverage, substitute water with milk.
