Suggested Directions: Hot beverage: Mix 3 tbsp (38g) of the mix into 8fl oz of hot water and stir well. For a creamier beverage, substitute water with hot milk.
Cold beverage: Transfer 3 tbsp (38g) of the mix into a protein shaker or cocktail shaker. Add 2fl oz of hot water and stire well. Add 6fl oz of ice-cold water and shake thoroughly. Pour into a cup and top with a few ice cubes. For a creamier beverage, substitute water with milk.
